NYSEF athletes on top in NY State Champs Super G

Hats off to our NYSEF girls for putting together some stellar performances in today's Super G State Championship!

Due to some incoming nasty weather, the second Super G race originally scheduled for Friday was held today, but a beautifully prepared track made for some awesome racing.  Thanks to the coaching staff and race crew for all the hard work!

In the Women's field, NYSEF athletes Trixie Lever, Cecily Decker and Winter Term athlete Lily Silverstein swept the podium on the first run, and Winter Term athlete Olivia Reynolds laid down a phenomenal run to take 7th. In the second run, Decker took the win, this time followed by Lever, with Lily Silverstein in 4th. Olivia put down another top-ten run to grab 9th.

In the Men's races, Winter Term athletes put down solid efforts in the first run with Max Klebba coming in 21st and Blake Piper taking 33rd. In the second run, Sebastian Galvan posted a 21st place finish, with Klebba finishing in 35th. Solid work boys.
